RENTAL CONDITIONS
AGE RESTRICTIONS AND DRIVING LICENCE
Our guests who are over 21 years of age and have a class B driving licence for at least 1 year can benefit from our rental car service.
Guests under 21 years of age can benefit from our car hire service by purchasing additional assurances.
The rented vehicle can only be used by the person or persons specified as driver and additional driver in the contract. The lessee and the driver will be responsible for all material and moral damages that will occur if third parties whose information is not included in the contract and who are not specified as additional drivers use the vehicle, and insurance assurances are invalid in such accidents and damages.
The minimum driver's age and year of driving licence valid for vehicle segments are given in the table below;

CONDITIONS FOR RENTING A CAR WITH A FOREIGN DRIVING LICENCE
Driving licences obtained from other countries by our foreign and Turkish guests are valid for one year from the date they enter our country.
Our guests who spend six months in our country can rent a car by getting Turkish translations of their driving licences certified by foreign representative offices and notary public.
VEHICLE HIRE PERIOD
Minimum rental period is 24 hours, weekly rental period is 7 days and monthly rental period is calculated over 30 days.
The minimum rental period may vary on special occasions and during high seasons.
PAYMENT
Car hire and additional assurances can be paid by cash, credit card or bank transfer in the currency of your choice.
Our guests who do not have a credit card can pay in cash.
Benefit from our car hire service with Vision Rent a Car safely, without prepayment, without credit card and without deposit. All payments are collected on vehicle delivery.
DEPOSIT
Deposit assurance fee is not charged in economic and middle class car segments. Only in our luxury segment car hire service, a deposit fee is charged.
PREPAYMENT
In the absence of any other situation, no prepayment is received if the flight, passport and identity information is shared with our office. Payment and collections are made during the delivery of the vehicle.
FUEL POLICY
Our vehicles are delivered with a certain level of fuel and received at the same level.
When vehicles are returned with a fuel level higher than the one delivered, no fuel or fee refund is made.
KM LIMIT
The daily mileage limit is 200 km, 3000 km for rentals over 7 days and 4000 km for monthly rentals.
Mileage exceeding fees vary on the basis of vehicles and you can obtain detailed information from our office.

ADDRESS DELIVERY CAR HIRE SERVICE
We have 24/7 free delivery / pick-up service to Antalya Centre, Konyaaltı, Lara, Kepez, Döşemealtı, Kundu and Belek regions.
For other districts and cities, the fee calculation is made depending on the distance, please contact our office for detailed information.
ONE WAY FARES
If the vehicle is collected from Antalya and returned in another city, the one-way fee stipulated by Vision Rent a Car is applied.
Fare information varies on distance basis.
DELAYS IN RETURN TIME
At the end of the rental period, the vehicle must be delivered to the location in question on the date and time specified in the contract.
For delays exceeding 60 minutes, one day's rent is charged.
TRAFFIC FINES AND MOTORWAY AND BRIDGE TOLLS
Any liability and traffic fines that may occur between the dates specified in the contract are the responsibility of the tenant.
Traffic fines, motorway and bridge tolls received after the end of the lease period are also collected from the tenant.
ADDITIONAL ASSURANCE PACKAGES AND SERVICES
All our vehicles are secured with traffic insurance and motor insurance.
Additional assurance and extended insurance packages can be purchased on request.
Optional Financial Liability Insurance : Covering 3rd party damages, you can extend your IMM limit by paying an additional fee.
Mini Damage Insurance : It is the repair assurance with customer declaration for damages below the amount determined by Vision Rent a Car.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made up to 24 hours in advance are not charged. However, for reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, a rental fee is charged at certain rates depending on the number of days.
TRAVELLING ABROAD IN A RENTED CAR
It is forbidden to go abroad with our vehicles.
IMPORTANT NOTES
In the event of an accident, you should reach the nearest Police or Gendarmerie Centre without moving the vehicle and get an accident and alcohol report.
Otherwise, insurance and guarantees are considered invalid.
In accidents with minor material damage, the parties can organise an accident report between themselves. The relevant accident reports must be submitted to Vision Rent a Car office within 12 hours at the latest.
Our vehicles are insured against possible thefts with 25% exemption.
In case the vehicle is stolen, a theft report should be obtained by contacting the nearest Police or Gendarmerie Centre. However, in order for the vehicle to benefit from the theft insurance, the driver must have the original vehicle key.
The tenant is responsible for any unilateral damage.
It is responsible for paying all kinds of mechanical and electrical damages, including all kinds of mechanical and electrical damages, as well as the claims of third parties, which are not paid by the insurance and are not covered by the insurance (incorrect gear shift, etc.) due to usage error and carelessness in the vehicle.
